What oak framing do you offer?+
We make oak pergola kits, oak log stores and bespoke oak frames. Send a sketch or photographs for a porch, gazebo, outdoor kitchen frame or covered seating project.
Where is Woodson & Son Oak based?+
We are based in Waterhouses, Staffordshire, near Ashbourne. We welcome bespoke framing enquiries from Staffordshire and Derbyshire and supply pergola kits across mainland England and Wales.
Are oak log stores supplied as kits?+
Our single, two and three-bay oak log stores are delivered and assembled by our team. The same delivery rates apply to our pergola kits and oak log stores: free within 100 miles of Waterhouses and £250 including VAT beyond, across mainland England and Wales. One delivery charge per order.
Can I choose a non-standard pergola size?+
Yes. Standard frames can be configured in 100 mm increments. If your size, height or layout falls outside the selector, send us the dimensions for a bespoke design.
Do you deliver oak pergola kits across the UK?+
Supply-only kits can be delivered across mainland England and Wales. Delivery cost and vehicle access are confirmed for your postcode before the order is finalised.
Can Woodson & Son Oak install my pergola?+
Yes. Add installation for a fixed £500 in the pergola configurator. Delivery across mainland England and Wales is free within a 100-mile radius of Waterhouses and £250 including VAT beyond. Check your postcode in the configurator; foundations are separate.
What foundations will I need?+
The right base depends on the frame size, ground and surface finish. We provide fixing guidance with every kit, and confirm foundation requirements for installed projects.
