Handcrafted in Britain
A solid oak log store made to last.
The larger frame uses 125mm square French oak posts, 30mm oak boards and traditional wooden-pegged mortise-and-tenon joints. Curved braces strengthen the structure and give it a recognisably handcrafted finish.
Two open bays make it easier to organise and rotate a larger supply of logs, while the raised floor and slatted construction preserve the airflow needed for dry firewood.
Best suited to: Households using a stove or open fire regularly, customers buying logs in bulk, and gardens needing two organised drying or storage bays.
Compare oak log store sizes and roof optionsRoof and weather protection
Reclaimed roofing for your oak log store.
A reclaimed Welsh slate roof gives this larger store durable weather protection and timeless character. Treated softwood rafters and laths support the slate, while optional black guttering can control rainwater runoff.
Ventilated log storage
Designed to keep firewood dry.
Open slatted sides, a bay divider and a raised slatted floor allow air to circulate through the stored logs, helping a larger seasonal supply stay dry and usable.

2 Bay Oak Log Store FAQs
Is professional assembly included?+
Yes. This is a substantial made-to-order oak structure rather than a flat-pack product. Our team delivers and assembles it on site.
How long will my order take?+
The typical lead time is 6–8 weeks from order to installation. We will confirm timing and access arrangements with you.
Is the oak treated?+
Oak is naturally strong and weather resistant. The frame is made from green French oak, which seasons and develops character outdoors over time.
What base does an oak log store need?+
Prepare a firm, level bearing surface and allow access for assembly. Send photographs of the proposed location so we can confirm the preparation required before delivery.
How much firewood will it hold?+
Capacity depends on the usable internal bay dimensions and stacking height, rather than the overall roof dimensions. Ask us to confirm usable capacity for your selected size before ordering.
Can you make a bespoke size?+
Yes. If the standard dimensions do not suit your space, send us measurements and photographs so we can discuss a bespoke oak log store.
